Principal and architect Edward Wright from DLA Architects was recently selected by the nominating committee to serve on the Service Associates Advisory Committee (SAAC) of the Illinois Association of School Business Officials (Illinois ASBO) starting at this year’s Service Associate Annual Meeting.

Ed Wright has been very active in the association for many years, attending state, regional and international conferences. He is a frequent speaker/presenter sharing expertise on topics like Long-Range Planning and is very involved in the organization’s Professional Development Committees (PDCs). He is an alum of the Illinois ASBO Leadership Institute, as well.

The statewide association supports school business managers, providing members professional development, networking, and various other services. The Service Associate Advisory Committee (SAAC) serves Illinois ASBO by providing input from a vendor (Service Associate) perspective and dialoging with the Board on key issues affecting vendors.
