A message from our President

Dear Clients and Partners,

The COVID-19 situation around the world and in our communities is constantly changing; it is unprecedented. We recognize the heroic actions that each and every one of you have taken.

I want you to know that DLA Architects, Ltd. is taking all precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees, so we can continue to deliver the services you count on. Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have made the decision to have our staff work remotely. That said, I want to ensure you that we are fully capable of maintaining our professional services and deadlines.

  • Over the last few years, our business operations planning has included a nimble technology infrastructure. Today that means we can ensure continuity of services; all our employees are set up to access our server and all files remotely and securely.
  • In response to the current situation, we are moving our meetings to the virtual world. To make this easy for our clients, our team can set these meetings up. When a meeting must be conducted face-to-face, we will adhere to the recommendations from the government agencies such as the DPH, the CDC, as well as input from our clients.

Our priority is the safety of our staff, colleagues, clients, and the communities we serve. Our leadership team will continue to plan accordingly to limit, as much as possible, any disruption to our current project schedules. Currently, we are working with other industry allies to gauge the possible effects of material and labor concerns as we move through the coming months. We will communicate with you if things change and/or as new information becomes available.

We wish you all good health, safety, and productivity during these difficult times.

Sincerely,
Carrie L. Matlock
President
